does any one know of any studies done to find out the effects of suboxone use while pregnant. does it increase the chances of neurological damage or even the inability to create dopamine? it seems like since the kid is getting high on an opiod through the entire process of brain development there might be some permanent undeveloped " happy centers." the info out there readily available states that quiting cold turkey could cause miscariage but what if one wre to ween ones self down to 1 16 of a 8mg pill and then started using once every two days then three....then quit. would the baby still suffer from withdrawls? if the mother isnt suffering then the child shouldnt eigther right? it just seems foolish to continue to take a drug such as this throughout the entire term.

Hi everyone I finally decided to take the right step in life in moving forward I had been taking roxycodones for a lil over a year and to make things worse i started to smoke them but i had jus took a suboxone and i feel fine no withdrwals now im just wondering will i feel withdrawals tomorrow how long does the suboxone last and I wud also appriciate advice if detox rehab places accept child health plus insurance I really jus wana get my life back on track like it was b4 I got hooked on the pills I have been feelin really depressed lately and lonely I dont want my familt to know the problem i have i just wana be normal again this has ruined my life im just looking for any advice that wud help me

Is wellbutrin a good medication to use after coming off suboxone?
im wondering if anyone knows because heres the situation i tried wellbutrin while on suboxone and it made me manic, too stimulated, but i was happy at times and would crash by 6 pm. so im thinking together they caused hyper stimulation. now that im off suboxone day 19 ive felt depressed, anxious, lethargic, tired, no energy etc. so now im thinking of going on the wellbutrin to get back some energy. could this be a good idea? i think it might.

What is suboxone equivalent too? If i feel i need more than usual whats a safe amount can you overdose off sub?

I was on suboxone and relapsed on heroin. How do I get back on my suboxone?
I have been on suboxone 4mgs for about a year and I recently relapsed. I have been using heroin like 3 to four to as many bags as I can use a day for the past 3 weeks. I want to get back on my suboxone but I do not know how to go about it. I am afraid if I tell the doctor I am seeing that he will stop prescribing me my suboxone then I will really be screwed. I just want to get back on my suboxone and stop using heroin. I have heard I should wait 12 to 24 hours before I take my first dose of suboxone but I dont know if that is accurate.I did relapse before about 5 months ago for about two weeks and I waited about eight hours and then took 8mg of suboxone and I was sick for about two days and it was a very hard road to get back on my subs. Someone with REAL knowledge please help me figure this out?I am already on suboxone. I just filled 10 8mg pills at the pharmacy but I do not know how to get " back on" the suboxone. I am afraid my doctor will refuse to treat me if he finds out I relapsed and thats why I do not want to refer to him cause he will not prescribe suboxone to me if he finds out I am using.

Opiate relapse... wanna get back on suboxone. just have a few questions?
I was being treated with suboxone for opiate addiction for about 3 months and decided to " jump off" about 5 months ago. Needless to say I relapsed about 2 months ago and am back to my old ways... Dope sick 75 % of the time, and am looking to get back on suboxone. Im not sure how I will be received at the clinic. If I cant pass a UA will I be turned away? Is there a standard policy for dropouts? Irregardless I'll be going back sometime soon, just looking for some input from someone who's had a similar experience. Thanks in advance

How much Suboxone should I take?
Bottom line is that I want to get off pills. I snagged a couple Suboxone I have 4 and a half 8mg ones, so about 36mg total and I was wondering how much should I take? I want to take it the right way and not the way that people take it to get high. My tolerance is about 40mg of Oxy or 10 15mg of opana. I was thinkin maybe taking 2mg of the suboxone for 4 days then going down to about 1mg for a week. Does this sound rite for my tolerance? Please help Thanks.

I am going on vacation and will run out while I am away.
