I'm not even interested in therapy, I just want the right medicine to be effectively tapered off the opiates suboxone . If I went to the ER tomorrow in the midst of withdrawal, would they help me? If not, what can I do? Please I need help, I was started on this medication legally due to severely painful prostatitis, but now I'm physiologically dependent and can't just quit cold turkey. What is the best medication for inducing sleep during opiate withdrawal?
I've recently finished a 16 day technically legal binge of oxycodone due to a painful medical condition. The most recent refill was supposed to be a taper, but I failed to follow the guidelines. All in all, by the end of the binge, I was taking about 60 70 mg a day, with the largest dose being before bed. Well, since I screwed up on the taper I now have to go through withdrawal. My last dose was at 2 am last night, downing the rest of my script all at once after abstaining from it the whole day 45mg , so that I might get some sleep, which I did. I currently have a bunch of half full scripts for several meds used to help anxiety and insomnia, which are the side effects I'm most concerned about with opiate withdrawal. They are Klonopin 0.5 mgAmbien 10 mgAmbien CR 12.5 mgLunesta 2 mgin addition to the OTC meds Ibuprofen 200 mg, and Melatonin 3 mgwhich of these meds would help me through this mini withdrawal I am going to experience these next few days remember, I only used the oxy for 16 days in a row. I know I have some physical dependency, but it cant be as bad as someone who shoots heroin every day for a year . So far today I've taken half .25mg of a klonopin to take the restlessness edge off and one of the ibuprofens for headaches general pains. I was contemplating taking two Kpins tonight 1mg along with a melatonin and seeing if it knocks me out. Or perhaps I should try the ambien? Or, is it safe to take a klonopin a few hours before bed and then an ambien at bed time? What should I do?

I'm detoxing off of heroin right now and I need to know the test. I'm at my friends house right now and all I have access to is my smartfone, and unfortunately I can access any online. Will some one please post the text of the test? Its like ten or fifteen symptoms in a list. I need to know when its safe to start taking my medication.
