See your Dr. If you can't afford one your local phone book should have a listing for Narcotics Anonymous or check on line. They can give you all the information you need and its free.

Very simple continue with your normal dose each time you take it, however, separate dosages using Fibonacci sequence: 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89 etc... i.e take dose on day 1, again on day 2, again on day 4, then day 7, then again on day 12 etc. In a sense its a form of cold turkey, however, this magical sequence provides the perfect spacing. The gaps are bearable and widen as you get used to withdrawls until withdrawls disappear then you will have no issue stopping. The Beauty is you reward yourself with the very drug that you are addicted and in the process get off it. Ironically by gap 13 or so you will find you simply don't even think about the opiate you were addicted to and at this point you have beaten your addiction.
