Hopefully you were weened off slowly. If so, you should be ok. Might be a yucky 3-4 days, but you'll be better soon. If you are quitting cold turkey, you'll be in for some bad days. Chills, sweats, runny nose, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, aches and pains and not being able to sit/ or lie still. You know, you can talk to your doctor about this. They can give you non-addictive medications to help you get through the withdrawals. ***It's not deadly. Alcohol and tranquelizers can be a deadly withdrawal if not medically monitored, but not opiates.

Honey...they are the same as heroin withdrawls.......Not a fun thing to go through and can be deadly.
