Question: How many countries have methadone clinics?

I can't seem to get much attention to my questions, so I already asked this question in a different form, but I'm simply rewording it in hopes of getting the best answer and to attract the most answers. I am new here, but I promise that I will give out the most possible points for an adequate answers... links, and websites would be awesome.

I can tell you that Australia, America and Taiwan have methadone clinics, this site methadonesupport.org/ World.html says Nepal and Sweden has them too. As for how many countries exactly, I don't know but I hope this helps.
