Question: What countries have methadone clinics?

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how many countries around the world provide the access to legal methadone clinics for those addicted to opiates? I know that heroin is not a problem that is limited to the western countries, although it is much worse there. I'm sure that all scandanavian countries as well as most western european countries have them, but what about countries in south america? east asia? the middle east? africa? australia? THANK YOU. |
