If it's a specific methadone clinic rather than a normal doctor's office, then probably not, but you can always ask. The urine test is a drug screen. You can ask the doctor to order a chlamydia test on the urine sample as well. The urine chlamydia test is a good screening test for males, but for females it's better to get swabs from your cervix (and a Pap smear if you are overdue). You'd probably need to see your regular doctor for that. The blood test is usually to check for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV and your liver function. Syphilis screening can be included, too. Always ask what the tests are for, and if there are any other tests you want them to do, ask BEFORE they put the needle in.
