Assuming that you have 100% pure heroine, and you know how to dose it, and you use sterile technique, yada, yada, yada. Morphine and Heroine are about the same. Most of the danger inherent in the use of heroine comes from people using bad technique, getting stronger-than-expected stuff, sharing needles, etc. Or another way of saying it - if you were in the hospital and the nurse said "would you like morphine or heroine to control your pain? ", the risks would be about the same.

Morphine in a normal dose (for a teen or an adult) isn't dangerous at all heroin does crap to your heart and you can die from just the first use. don't listen to me JimmyJam knows what he's talking about lol
