Question: Signs of a heroin addict?
(Posted by: on 2012-01-15 13:19:43)
I have come to believe my brother is a heroin addict. He is 21 years old, I found a needle on the floor of his room. He will be gone all day and when he does come home he is talkative but makes no sense and gets upset when we ask him to be quiet. He will soon then begin to nod off and begin to drool. He has been loosing weight and is emotionally unstable. And will be almost crying but then be screaming soon after. Then nod off again. Are these signs of a user? Im trying to help him and let him know im here for him. But when I tell him there are things I cant do, like give him money he gets incredably upset. Should I tell my parents? We can't really afford any proffesional help so is there anything I can do?? |

Don't give him money, if you do he'll buy more drugs, because he is obviously using. Those are all the signs. And yes, tell your parents PLEASE. You can't solve this sort of problem on your own. |

Signs of drug use these are, tell him you must that you are worried about him. Approach him with anger you must not, warn him of what will happen to him. If one will not allow themselves to be helped, bonds must be broken. |
