Question: How should i handle heroin addicts?

I believe my older brother has become addicted to heroin. He'll be gone all day and come home and be very talkitive but none of it makes sense. Then he will begin to nod off slowly and drool. Hes loosing weight and very emotionally unstable. He'll be crying one minute then screaming the next. I am trying my best to be there for him. And to get him healthy. It becomes very hard sometimes. Is this how a heroin addict will act? And how can I help him? Should I talk to my parents about this issue? I just dont know what to do. And I am trying my hardest to help him. Thank you. |
