I'd say once ever 8 hours probably, but it depends on the amount the individual has been taking regularly. To avoid major withdrawl i'd say once every day or two days once a month is certainly not enough though. Best thing to do is go to detox, i think they have meds now they can give you so you don't experience withdrawl at all.

I would say 3-5 hours to feel all right. won't start getting sick til after that.
