Question: Taste test -heroin v's. meth?

I recently read a biography about the life of a druggie. One of the things that amused me was that, she described the taste of heroin to be 20 times worse then that of Meth.That while the taste of meth was bearable, and tasted okay. Heroin tasted so bad she almost made a choking sound. Not only that but she described the affects to differ, while Meth(Or speed as she called it) made her happy, talkative and chipper. Heroin made her feel numb, and affected her body more.If she really went through all this it makes you wonder, why can different basic chemicals make all this difference.But my main question is, especially for actual drug or ex drug users out there, is there really that much of a taste difference, like in the movies? |
