Question: Does heroin really make you look younger then your age?

Is it me or do most heroin users look for their age. I see heroin users all the time and they look way young for their age i.e a 40 year old man looks 27/ 28, a 50 year old man looks 30, a 27 year old man looks 19 etc. Why is this? is there something in heroin that takes away soem growth or something or goes inside skin? infact quite a few have mentioned that they be suprised how young heroin users look for their age, even if they were to look scruffy and unwashed, hair scruffy etc they still come across young for their age.

This question has been on my mind all day and it's bugging me... I've been listening to this song from tanlines called Bejan, in the opening of the video of the song Flea (Chillipepper) is playing some bamboo looking drum as an instrument I find myself hypnotized by this and today, finally I snapped out of the hypnosis and started to notice how young Flea looks, then I googles his age..forty freegin seven years old! Seriously go check out that video and you tell me how old he looks! I know he had a run with Heroin so there ya go, but Idk Y people look younger than their age from heroin use, but it seems to be the case, don't take my word for it...pop by any NA meeting your bound to find proof.. please let me know if you ever find the answer as to why they all look like kittens when their cats = ^^= ... I'm pretty sure it's not cocaine though.
