Question: Please help me. 21 and a heroin user.?

I have been snorting heroin everyday about two or three times a day for the last two and a half months. I'm only 21 years old, I went to a nice private school, been a good kid. My girlfriend of the last three years I found out was cheating on me. We lived in Florida but in mid April I came back here to Memphis and a close friend got me turned on to heroin. A few weeks ago I decided to stop and within the first two days I felt so sick that I had to go out an cop dope the next morning. I didnt sleep at all, had chills and aches, nausea, everything. Does that mean my body is physically addicted and only a rehab facility can help me get off? I have no family member that will help me pay for rehab or any friend and I will get kicked out of my grandparents house if I am using drugs. I am a waitress and I am trying to save enough tips to pay for rehab but without insurance its going to cost thousands and its going to take me at least a year to save that. I need help. I have googled treatment and heroin addiction and nothing seems to answer my questions. Is it possible for me to get off of it without being in the hospital? I am not worried about not having enough self motivation because I want so bad to stop this. Has anyone ever had close friend or family member that overcame a heroin addiction without methadone? Please if anyone has any advice or any information it would be greatly appreciated. Also any info on heroin addiction in the Memphis area like any NA meeting spots or any advice.
