Question: My lawyer died because of heroin overdose,?

My lawyer died because of heroin overdose, , he didnt finish my case. I have a court hearing very soon. I need to get a new lawyer as i dont want to continue with his law firm, can I get my money back? knowing the fact he wasnt a proper person for the job and now I am so concern about the quality of the job that he did?

Get a new attorney pronto, and let them deal with it, they know how to handle it. bestlawyers.com If you have to go to the hearing to let the judge know he died and you are seeking new counsel, then do that, rather than lose your chances. the judge probably already has heard about it anyway
