My friend is a heroin user and he always thinks he is about to overdose even when he snorts just a small amount. He has issues but thats not the point what I'm asking is what the emergency room does after they treat the patient. Are the police called or do they Baker Act you or hold you for observation. He refuses to go the ER because he thinks they will send him to rehab or handcuff him tot he bed. Is any of this true?
