Realistically most heroin overdoses are a "nodding-out " and never waking up again, found blue and unresponsive. Withdrawal of heroin includes vomiting, shaking, muscle weakness, intense nausea, and intense craving of the drug that got you there to take back away that pain. So, realistically passing out (nodding off) is as true as you get. But for the drama element, throw in the withdrawal symptoms. 99% of the general population wouldn't know the difference anyway. |
