Question: Are there any legal opiates which give a heroin effect?

No, none will. Codiene will give you some effect, if you have the knowledge to extract it from OTC products. You can grow opuim poppys and make tea - always relaxing.

No all opiates are very illegal if not prescribed. Everything about opiates are illegal except for the poppy seeds which come from them. It is legal to grow many poppies but the papaver somniferum is the grand daddy of them all thats the one that is grown for the opiates. there is an opiate substitute I know of called Kratum which is hard to find but is still illegal most places.It's a much safer alternative.

Well, its only legal if you got the perscription but oxy contin is pretty damn close to heroine
