Your skin and body does recover. no problem at all. the thing you should worry about is your memory! my cousin just got out of rehab and he's now totally slow and can't remember things anymore. he picks up really slow unlike before. it affected his brain so much.

If you are offae the smack then well done! you should concentrate on treating you body like a temple, you have treated it like a toilet for a while, so be good to it. eat lots of fruit and veg and get on a good multi vitamin.
