Question: How can you tell if some one is a heroin addict?

Nodding off but not really asleep. itchy drooling, might be smoking it or if they are shooting it they will have needle marks on the arms or other places. lying stealing, hanging out with diff crown,isolating arguing cheating acting totally different. if you suspect that someone you care about is doing drugs you can get help by looking up drug addiction.org on the net you can find help 24/ 7 I know it might sound like a commercial but drugs are so dangerous If you are not close to this person don't get close. get help or stay away

Ria has it right. Seriously, if you know someone who is doing heroin you should help them. If someone was about to fall off a cliff you would help them right..?, It is not a casual drug by any means. It can and will ruin their life.
