Question: Drug withdrawal pain?

So i read that drug withdrawal causes the user pain, hence why they go back to the drugs. Can someone explain what kind of pain? Help me understand this a little further.. thank you.

What type of drug withdrawal are you speaking of? i would like to help you but need to know the kind of drug you're speaking about.

I am on 120 Mg Oxycontin twice a day for post cancer/ degenerative bone and disc disease... If I were to get up in the morning and miss a 12 hr dose .. within a few Hours the Anxiety- Watery Diarea and general feeling of having the FLU then every joint in your body begins to ache , right down to fingers and whole body+ HOT and cold flashes .. Drug withdraw can be fatal and In my experience swhould I decide to give the meds a break ... you must WEEN your self off slowly to avoid withdraw .. stromg meds are a life long choice and I recomend to stay off them untill it is no longer an option

PLease talk to your doctor about this. They know your medical history...we don't. Withdrawal can be anything from hallucinations to diarrhea to migraines or even coma. It depends on the medications, how much you take and your health.
